I have heard rumors that this one has a nickname: "Rhubarb". If you search the Internet carefully, you'll see this one at a car shows in Montery years ago with Jerry Seinfeld discussing the car with its owner.
"Rhubarb: I purchased that car for ... in the early 1970's
in San Antonio for $100.00. He did the mechanical work on the car including
put new wire ends on all the wires the P.O. had clipped them off to stay
with the instruments. This was an early T-6 car. He borrowed a normal
engine from me which was in the car when he divorced, and the car
subsequently sold. The owner ... was suppose to return the engine
to me but did not. It was then sold to and employee of ...
and then resold. The car is still on the road somewhere in the North West."
